Great ideas deserve great locations. This is your opportunity to secure a slice of of Australia's Top Tourism Town 2025.

Applications for the City of Fremantle's newly updated Seasonal and Temporary Trading Program are now open!

We are inviting expressions of interest from operators wishing to trade from selected beaches, parks, foreshore areas and other high-activity locations across the city.

The program is seeking self-sufficient operators that enhance Fremantle's visitor experience, including unique food offerings, leisure and recreation businesses, and concepts that fill a gap in the local market while reflecting Fremantle's spirit, soul and sea.

Before applying, businesses are encouraged to review the program guidelines, approved trading locations and policy. Find out more and submit your application via the City's Seasonal and Temporary Trading webpage.

The City will hold a briefing on Tuesday, 11 August where you can learn about the program and application process from the Economic Development and Events team.

Successful applicants will commence trading from 1 November 2026.
