Key Investment Precincts

As part of reimagining Fremantle’s future, the city has identified six ‘key investment precincts’ each focused on a different location of the city. These are anchored by major place-based projects that will help shape and support Fremantle’s long-term future. Each precinct has distinct opportunities relative to the blend of residential, commercial and industrial activity.
